How to Make Your Eyeshadow Look Professional
Step 1

You are going to want to have a layer of foundation or powder on your eyelids before you do your eyeshadow. This will make the colors brighter, and stay longer. Next, you are going to want to choose the three colors you want to use. Choose a dark color a medium color and a light color.

Step 2

Put the medium color heavy on the bottom part of the lid. This is going to be accented by the dark color in the crease of your eyelid. You can let it go a little above the crease and blend it with the light color on the top. With the light color you are going to want to follow the arch of your eyebrow.

Step 3

Now that you have your three basic tones on the lid, you want to add accents. Put some of the medium color at the inside corner of your eye and a little bit on the outside corner. Then, using that same color, you might want to get a small utensil for this, outline the outside bottom of your eye. This will make your eyes look fierce.
